Compensation Policy

1. For Linen

Thai Tuan LMS is responsible for compensating damages for losses of linen caused by their fault (damages: tears, color stains, fabric shrinkage, frayed fibers, or loss) as specified below:

For 100% new linen, with a storage period not exceeding 120 days and having been washed at Thai Tuan LMS for the first time:

  • In the first 90 days, the compensation rate is 100% of the remaining value of the linen (with a maximum depreciation period of 12 months).
  • From 91 to 180 days, the compensation rate is 50% of the purchase value of the linen.
  • From 181 to 365 days, the compensation rate is 30% of the purchase value of the linen.
  • Over 365 days, Thai Tuan LMS reserves the right to refuse compensation for damaged linen. In the event of loss, the compensation rate is 5% of the purchase value of the linen.

2. For Customer Items

The compensation amount is 10 times the cost of the washing service, but not exceeding 2 million VND.

3. Notes

  • In cases where compensation occurs for linen, the Customer is responsible for providing full legal and valid documents to prove the value and usage period of the product. If the Customer does not provide all the required documents or if Thai Tuan LMS proves that it is not the only service provider for laundry services for the Customer, Thai Tuan LMS will be exempt from compensation responsibility.
  • In cases where products are damaged due to objective or subjective errors, Thai Tuan LMS will discuss the possibility of mending or repairing the products while ensuring aesthetic quality.
  • Compensation must be recorded in a minutes document and signed by the authorized representatives of both parties.
