English 1. Delivery Location
Thai Tuan LMS will use its means and techniques to package and deliver laundry items to the Customer as per the instructions provided by the Customer at the location attached in the Contract Appendix or at another address that the Customer will notify before the collection process.
If the delivery location differs from the location specified in the appendix, the Customer will incur additional transportation fees, the amount of which will be agreed upon based on the distance.
2. Delivery Method
Thái Tuấn LMS is responsible for coordinating the transportation means, arranging and classifying all laundry items, and organizing delivery staff, and both parties will sign off on the delivery procedures on the relevant delivery documents (cross-signing).
All types of items delivered will be counted, and the quantity, type, and quality of the items will be confirmed in the presence of both parties, ensuring accurate quantities are recorded as a basis for monthly payment value statistics.
3. Delivery Time
Thai Tuan LMS will return to the Customer the items received from the previous day within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of receipt.
In certain special cases, such as heavy stains that require more processing time, the delivery of clean items may take longer than 24 hours based on an agreement between both parties.
We commit to providing services, including deliveries on weekends and holidays, depending on the actual situation or based on an agreement between both parties.
