Diversey laundry chemicals are regarded as the standard for laundry chemicals used in 4-5 star hotels and high-end resorts. These products not only clean effectively but are also safe for the skin and contribute to environmental protection, achieving criteria for safety and eco-friendliness, as they are biodegradable within 28 days.
Types of Diversey Chemicals Used at Thai Tuan LMS:
- CLAX 100 OB: Increases surface activity and removes grease.
- CLAX RUST: Neutralizes and is used for final rinsing.

At Thai Tuan LMS's Del Tech laundry factory, we invest in washing machines from the Kannegiesser brand (Germany), which help save 30% of water and electricity consumption.
Each kilogram of fabric requires only 6 liters of water, and 100% of the washing water can be reused with the Kannegiesser tunnel washing machines.
Moreover, the advanced technology from Germany ensures that the laundry is cleaner due to the better mechanical action of the washing machines
Biomass Boiler with Zero CO2 Emissions
In pursuit of sustainable development goals, we have upgraded our boiler system from using CNG gas to utilizing biomass energy to protect the environment.
The use of biomass boilers (rice husks) results in net-zero CO2 emissions, reduces waste, and lessens dependency on chemical materials. This not only helps Thai Tuan LMS save costs but also contributes to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Wastewater Treatment System Handling 1400m3/Day
